Why I became an optometrist
“As a spectacle wearer, my regular visits to the optometrist showed me the benefit of giving sight. It is a precious thing which has to be maintained and respected.”
What motivates me
“I provide my patients with the eye care I would give to my family. I love to converse with my patients about anything, and I often learn things from them. Continued learning is at the forefront of the way I practise, and it has to be combined with education and technology.”
Outside the practice
“I am London-born and grew up in North London with a love for Arsenal Football Club. My parents ran a convenience shop for hours on end, and encouraged me to work hard and remain calm whilst multi-tasking.”
“I now have my own family with my beautiful wife, son and daughter, whom I look forward to seeing every day, which my job allows me to. I am a big morning person. I like to get things done early in the day and enjoy my time with friends, family and all sports.”
